Managed 19 sessions and pretty good.
Loved the ABC sessions. More gassy, with a strength or core element in the middle.
Lowlight was probably frustration with Double Unders. Still cannot manage more than a couple and invariably whip my right arm. (PJ tells me I am wonky)
Highlights included the 5x 450m runs, matching Josh and beating Knoxy in the 500m row and KB/burpee ladder (I know it is not a competition but it is good not to come last every time), and bar work. I am back on proper kipping pull ups and pumping out T2B with ease.
Kind of looking forward to hols and a rest in August, although I will be rowing and cycling where possible.
