Thought it might help my kettlebell lifting by learning to count in Russian.
Harder than it looks but added some fun to the yoga press-ups in the morning.
Continuing to train and improve.
Changes at BigKat and a slight change of location. A new dedicated space being refurbished, ready for January. Higher tech/spec so Zoom classes can be hosted.
Did a bit of painting to help make it look great.
Will miss the old location but some happy memories.

5k row in the morning, aiming for HR steps per 1km. 100 to 140.
Hard to keep HR down for first 2km.
Zoom KB class in the evening.
1,3,5,3,1 TAJ with same rests.
Went with 22kg and 28kg for the last minute.
Finished with three sets of 50s overhead holds with the 28kg.
